服务态度差，前台服务人员少，退房时间到达前退房，在排队等候和办理退房手续中，轮到自己办理时已超过退房时间就要扣房费，住这么多酒店没见过这样的

差评。大厅环境还行，房间设施老旧，卫生极差。办入住时前台年轻小伙态度很好，值得表扬。退房时候前台就一个上年纪的女服务员，退房开票二十分钟，提醒她说，加快下速度，赶火车，她来了句，你下次早点下来就行了。啥态度，什么逻辑，你办事慢还让客人早下来忍让你!还爱答不理的。放心，没下次。这次差评主要就给这服务员提的。
