1.这是我住过的条件最垃圾的全季，房间设施陈旧，电梯与足疗馆和培训机构公用，随便什么人都能进出酒店各楼层。
2.作为华住的金卡会员，该酒店竟然逼迫客人必须12点退房，而且态度相当恶劣，当我12点前去前台时，该前台工作人员又说可以2点退的。这到底是什么服务和机制？办理退房时，该前台在联系酒店内部工作人员时，也是吆五喝六的态度，该前台人员图片已附上
3.在前台催促退房后，我着急收拾东西，把倩碧的洗面奶忘在了房间，联系酒店后，酒店咬死不承认……关键是态度也相当恶劣！

酒店旁边有超市，购物很方便，停车免费。走路十来分钟就可以到万达火车一条街小夜市。酒店早餐很丰盛，前台提供了儿童拖鞋，服务很用心。
