冲着开滦煤矿去的，酒店设施不错，环境也挺好。不过地毯确实是有一点点脏，但不细看基本上看不出来，隔音效果确实很一般。可以听到隔壁房间打呼噜

服务不错，但前台接待微笑服务。，哈哈，录入信息的前台接待，业务不是很熟悉，可能是新员工.但是服务态度一直也很好，我带着小孩一家三口入住，前台员工建议我选择2米宽大床，三口住会比较宽敞舒服。酒店地理位置超级方便， 前台员工的工作效率很高，我们几间房一起办理入住，很快就办好了，态度也很好，感觉到了酒店的风采！房间好，菜也不错，价格合适！前台服务态度很好，房屋很空敞，空调很凉爽，卫生很干净，交通很方便，入住很满意。

老牌酒店，处于中心城区，周边写字楼林立。建成年代早，内部重新装修过，设施等都比较新，房间非常干净，不错。

酒店的位置很好，就在新百地铁站的附近，万象城的旁边。而且有多路公交车可以直达石家庄站。酒店楼宇，房间（除卫生间）有4星的标准，应该是新近装修过。总体十分满意，有95分另外五分全部扣在卫生间，卫浴是全新九牧，面积不大可以接受，但装修风格非常土，跟整个房间的装潢格格不入，完全就是农村的审美。
