除了洗澡水不够热外其它设施还可以。但在拒绝了前台不同程预订直接享受同程价的要求后服务态度就一般。我带父母三个成人，没必要开两间，前台就强调说房间不能住三人。我不能说她错了，但我认为她故意找茬。
