黑店，这家店在我通过艺龙支付房费之后刷了1500元押金预授权，退房时说是给我解掉预授权，结果三天后将我的预授权全部提走，打电话询问原因说是退房时没有解掉，用全部扣款的方式让我来联系他们，这不是**吗？住客信息你们没有？幸好我绑定了微信提醒，不然被你们多黑了1500元，最后通过微信转账形式还我，这种酒店没倒闭可见石家庄地方保护多厉害，给大家提个醒，预授权一定要看状态！

地理位置可以，酒店用餐和洗澡客人一起用餐，都穿睡衣。和住店客人一起用餐，感觉很别扭，晚上睡觉很大的🚬味儿，前台服务人员当着客人面前说 拉屎 撒尿话题。无视客人的存在。很差的服务意识。
