到店前酒店的预订部打电话询问我的行程安排还有特殊喜好，让人有一种被重视的感觉，到了酒店大堂给我一种大气，典雅的感觉，前台接待态度友好，专业又不失亲切，让人感觉很舒服，前台annie快速的帮我办理完入住后，还推荐我加入了酒店会员，赠送了优惠券，得知我早退房，前台帮我设定了叫醒服务，入住过程中礼宾小哥哥一直耐心等待我办理手续还帮我把行李送到房间，还给我演示了房间设备使用，很感谢! 入住后想去周边逛逛，询问前台，前台聂主管热心详细的给我介绍酒店的周边，并留了一张名片有问题可以随时联系她，顿时让我感觉在这个陌生城市有了“靠山”，她还推荐我去博物馆看看，由于时间紧张，只能下次再去参观啦… 第二天早上叫醒的小姐姐声音甜美，退房的时候前台还帮我准备好了打包早餐，真的是太贴心了！ 去机场的一路上都感觉暖心又暖胃，很满意的一次入住体验! 推荐!!!

环境挺好的，服务很热情，准备心形饼干很贴心！离河北博物院很近，闲暇之余可以去逛逛，早餐比较丰富，很好吃~

酒店位置好，交通方便。服务到位。睡床舒服。早歺菜品丰富，味道也好。房间的设施似乎有点问题：A：洗手间的推拉门推拉很费力，B：床脚蹬上的金属物边角锐厉，不小心会伤人，以上两点望改进。总体上酒店不错，以后还会入住。
