房间面积不大，房费不低，店里免费消费和有价消费标示不清楚，都得要问才能明白住进酒店后有哪些服务项目。比如我和孩子住酒店，入住手续是让孩子去办理的，服务人员没问几人入住，也没说含不含早餐，早餐点在哪里等事宜，其实这些问题在前台就可以一次性解决了，导致后来又跑去问楼道服务员，前台又打电话让下去刷身份证等，觉得特别扭，服务没有主动性。

本来定的两天刷了我300预授权 一般的四星级五星级酒店都是2点退房 中午起来后洗了个澡 没有听到电话响 收拾完了超过12点 告诉我需要补交半天房费 后来又多定了一天 这么大的酒店住宿停车费还需要另外交20块钱 体验感极差 不过清洁人员值得赞扬 酒店的服务实在是差
