客房硬件条件不错，就是热水有点小，洗澡不爽。服务水平有待提高，前台人员不少，但看着比较混乱，接待礼仪需规范提高。餐厅服务员较少，菜品还可以。度假村内指示图少，路口或岔口应设置总平面图与当前位置标志，方便游客。
