必须送给这家酒店一个大大的赞，网上订好房又与酒店进行确认，前台服务态度很友好，我说明需要接站，前台联系专人与我联系确认接站时间。离店时孩子的小推车需要快递，礼宾部的两个男孩子帮忙找箱子进行打包，我都不好意思了。

超级棒棒，酒店紧邻万象城，进入酒店迎宾主动接取行李，前台快速办理入住，免费升级房间。楼道大姐看到带孩子，送给孩子一双拖鞋。

服务超级好，接待我们的是前厅部宋欣和宾客关系王浩然，非常礼貌热情。看见我带着孩子，通知送了儿童拖鞋。酒店有游泳池，水质不错。

酒店房间很大，设施很全，服务十分周到非常感谢楼层服务员董书杰，赠送了梨水和生活小礼包。房间有智能马桶盖和空气净化器，免费停车，地铁就在门口，十分方便！
