入住世纪很多次，客房舒适宽敞，早餐也很不错，服务人员也很好，前台王伟仙办事效率很高，办理入住退房手续很快，态度亲切。

石家庄是我这次行程的最后一站，预定酒店很伤我脑筋，我的备选名单有希尔顿、国际大厦、万达洲际。最终还是预定了云瑧世纪酒店，事实证明非常正确，以我这么多年国内外酒店工作旅行的经验来说，云瑧世纪大酒店应该是石家庄服务最好的酒店了。 第一，酒店服务很有范，一停车就有礼宾部的帅哥帮忙把行李放上行李车送到前台。第二，比订房时间提前到酒店，可以说在客户提出各种要求之后，前台工作人员没有一点推诿和懈怠，都在尽可能的满足客户的需要，这一点在国内酒店业尤其是在河北酒店业是非常难能可贵的。第三，自驾车可以停在地下停车场，然后从前台取停车券，每天就可以免费出入酒店了。酒店所有的工作人员都是主动服务，热情招呼。

服务好，车到，就有开门服务。大堂服务生主动拉行李，前台美女的微笑服务甚是专业。 大堂很高，看上去就大气有品质。 酒店给我们安排的16楼，楼层高，可以看中山路夜景。
