很多年没有被这样冻过了，说是有地暖，但非常冷，空调也不给开，一晚上只有脸敢在外边露着，电视也不能看，真的让我太失望了。现在已经感冒了…请酒店工作人员去屋里睡睡试试，如果自己都不能睡，还怎么让客人睡？
