1、前台的服务态度差；
2、房间没有网线，向前台索要，竟然要我自己到前台拿；
3、早餐种类少，服务的阿姨态度很差。在自选时，那个阿姨说话很难听，她这样讲：拿多少，吃多少，吃不了就不要拿。而且对每一位进来吃早餐的人这样，整的大家都没心情吃了。

环境好，隔音效果也不错，服务态度没话说，但是我在这提一点建议，就是早上退房的时候能不能缩短点时间啊，今天早上退房的时候服务员在前台睡觉，我叫醒她，说退房，她就接过退房卡，让在对过沙发上的正睡着的男服务员去查房，都以为男服务员去了，等了会儿，还在那睡，又叫了一声才去，从我下来退房到结完账用了十来分钟。都是老客户了，还弄这事，哎。。。
