服务差评 向酒店申请了13点退房 稍微晚了10分钟 退房的时候竟然说 这“要加收半天房费 然后说初犯 这次就给免了 让我下次注意！ ” 我是应该跪地叩拜不收半天房费之恩么！非常非常糟糕的住店体验！！！希望酒店能加强培训 教教服务人员怎么说话！！！！
