不满意，昨天入住。一层大厅门口没有接待人员，电梯门前一大片破布。办理入住后下楼办事找不到酒店正门想找工作人员咨询，遇到一群穿酒店工作服的人，问其中一个，对方说不知道，其他人不说话。问保洁阿姨，对方说：不清楚。这个酒店服务人员非常懈怠，不积极，不主动，而且一层大厅经常看不到服务人员。住过的最差的一次希尔顿，以后来石家庄再也不住这里。
