房间设施好 环境很好 房间面积大 在洲际住了好几天了 感觉都很好 服务很亲切 热情 尤其表扬一下前台 freda 效率很高 服务很不错 对面高尔夫俱乐部 赠送饮品 赠送礼品对会员方面真的特别重视 很贴心 只要来石家庄都会入住 感受真的很不错

这次入住的是20楼的无烟楼层，房间干净卫生，洗漱间很宽敞，房间还有一个小冰箱，自己带的水果刚好可以放下。特别人性化，给人一种家的感觉！办理入住的时候，前台的Kiki小姐姐服务周到，还贴心的送了安心包，里面有免洗洗手液，湿巾，口罩，简直太棒了，防疫工作做的不错。地理位置也很优越，旁边挨着万达广场，购物方便，对面是高尔夫球场和公园，视野开阔，园林绿化也不错。下次来石家庄还会选择富力洲际酒店的。

首先我严重怀疑是不是住了一个假洲际～
14号凌晨从苏州到石家庄订了2个房间，朋友身份证丢了，前台一位帅哥直接让我去辖区派出所办什么证要么不让住，驾驶证也不行??大爷的我能找得到什么辖区什么派出所阿？好歹派个人带我们去啊～没有身份证不让住，为什么我房间的另外一个朋友没有身份证，前台帅哥你就说直接进去吧？害得我另一个朋友在车上住了一夜，大爷的想想都火。你们是不是假洲际？火死了
