我在这家酒店订好房之后，1813房间，拿到房卡，开门的一瞬间，我看到的是满屋子狼藉，被子在地上，到处是卫生纸，赶紧找前台换了一间，然而第二天我退房的时候，由于出差着急，忘记开发票，前台也不提醒。后来我打电话，我说给我邮寄，稍微有点不情愿，后来说了一会之后，终于同意邮寄，可是我收到发票，居然还是到付，14块钱的邮费。而且邮寄之前并没有跟我讲清楚邮费的事，我也没细问，怎么这个酒店就这么抠呢。真心感觉不好的体验，差评

办理入住居然开错房，跟换后电梯卡刷卡无效，再次办理才能入住。酒店房型与上次差距较大，面积小，而且没有浴缸。花了高价，低价的享受。酒店提前未告知差异，望改进。
