给满分好评是因为前台小姐姐温柔礼貌态度好，房间细节让人不舒服。
床单、枕套、被罩上面都有这种黑色纤维，冬季干燥多静电，建议购置床上吸尘器，铺好床具之后做一遍吸尘。
洗手间台上盆高度不佳，可以看到镜子溅上的水，洗手的时候开很小的水上衣也会被溅湿，开到最大水量直接把上衣湿透。
牙刷忘记拍照了，刷毛数量极少，毛质极硬，很容易划伤牙龈，建议换一款牙刷。
订房主页提示窗户在过道，入住后发现这个过道指的是窗户外面两平米的密闭空间。以为这个空间上部是天窗，结果是个亮度极高的灯管，顶部密闭。两个房间共用这一个“过道”，窗户上没有防盗网，打开窗户成年人能爬出去通过这个过道到另一个房间，安全性低。

位置挺好的，，可能是价格吧，，是没有窗子的，不过别的还是比较不错的，环境设施什么的很棒，没有早餐，隔音不错

已经是老顾客了，每次到石家庄都住这里。楼下广场可停车，也有地下车库。对面就是北国超市西兴店，周边餐饮购物非常方便。酒店设施用品卫生服务都没啥问题，就是地暖太热了，最多盖条浴巾就能睡觉。另外，卫生间返味儿是老问题。
