这边我都住了有4年多了，以前还挺好，这次这四天真是不敢恭维，以后不会再去住了，前两天住的mini套，房卡每次都给我做错，我每天都是拿着身份证等楼层服务员开门，后两天我住的25楼的特色商务房，简直绝了，竟然没有热水，问前台，说就是那样，楼层太高，人多就没有，到退房都没有上来热水，让我想洗澡去其他楼层，你们的25楼可以关门了！
