酒店设施不用说，非常棒！最温馨的是服务人员，前台知道我们是要考生房，安排非常安静的楼层和房间，还免费从12点延到下午两点，酒店客房人员还送了矿泉水，每天都送酸梅汤，真是太满意的服务了。棒棒哒👍祝酒店生意越来越好

没什么特别的，大堂很豪华，房间装修比较土，服务不错很热情，前台工作效率也很好。没吃他的早餐不评论，送餐吃了一个云吞面还行。

服务态度个别很好，有的还需要加强管理，客房服务员老开房门有点不好吧，未经过别人同意直接就把房门打开了，睡觉期间进来了两次，真的让人很无语！！！
