酒店住宿条件不错，38平米的房间比较宽敞。餐厅的菜品味道很好，并且上菜速度很快，提出表扬。入住时赶上优惠活动，温泉票有很低的折扣，赞一个。br唯一美中不足的是，二个房间的房门（尤其是315房间）有些变形，开关均需要很大力气。希望能够改进。

酒店房间比较大，但是地毯不是很干净，服务人员一口地方口音，不讲普通话，尤其是浴室的地面遇到水会非常的滑，建议酒店更换提供的拖鞋，很容易滑倒。早餐品种还算丰富，服务人员素质有待提高。住酒店要想泡温泉要支付每人98元的费用，出了酒店在附近的旅游景点却见到该酒店每位29元的泡泉小广告，所以很困惑酒店的管理。

房间又小又旧，很老的楼房，柜子门坏掉了露出一片掉漆的墙面...从同程网定的160元的标间，实际在御温塘前台只要100元/天。质问前台服务员，她居然说，谁让你从网上订，就是贵。不知道是同程网被骗了还是我被骗了。第一次订房经历让人很失望。
