设施太陈旧，入住礼品竟然只是两包咖啡，不如西美酒店，西美每天都有水果*点心还免费洗一件衣服*下次不会入住这里*

酒店位置不错，紧邻北国商城、人民广场、市政府，吃饭方便！！酒店建设较早，设施较久！！电视不是液晶的！！床有点声音，酒店内部餐厅价格较贵，建议在外面就餐，但酒店整体服务还是可以的！！对于要求不是特别苛刻的，比较推荐！！！

相当不错，比石家庄所有的四星酒店都强，位置好，房间大，最重要的是服务好，服务员又热情又耐心，特有礼貌，宽带有20M，房间还有纯净水，床单和毛巾都是新的，用着特舒服，卫生搞的很干净。周围商场、小吃、影院、歌厅~~~什么都有，价格也不贵，大家来石家庄一定要住这里！
