环境还不错，经常无线网不能用，我住了两晚都没有无线网，对于现代人来说，没有无线网很不方便，服务态度很一般。

客人预订并沟通好的房间要留，这是诚信啊。
前台，服务员的笑脸要培训起来啊，要学会歉意多用貌。对人亲切点嘛。不然让人误会给钱找脸色看。你们是石林和云南的面第一面子啊

酒店位置还可以，对面是体育馆，比较容易找得到，不好的是楼下是一间ktv，声音大了点，其他的还过得去吧。
