多客酒店的前台办事太死板！大除夕夜的，我们到店已经十一点了，开房发现装有二万现金及三个身份证的包拉在曲靖了，想着先用一个身份证开间房安置七十三岁的老人及孩子休息等我们，等找到身份证再补登都不行！心寒，等我们再回到石林多克酒店时已经是大年初一三点半了！
