服务人员都很不错，周边无饭店，酒店用餐也不错。酒卖场东西齐全，价格也可。销售牛角梳的姑娘服务态度很好。孩子和她聊了好半天。

It is not 5 star service....the western restaurant is not very western....there is no proper coffee!......their pick up service was not existent and their stated bus service direct to airport did not exist!...the rooms do not have tissues security safe or ironing option.....the hotel is stuck out on the middle of nowhere without transport services!....I paid more for transport than the room charge....crazy!!!

酒店整体档次很高，房间宽敞整洁，设备设施新，床品很好，床铺柔软，被子轻柔舒适，枕头也很舒服，洗澡水很热，住宿非常舒适！周边环境不错，服务也非常到位，总体来讲性价比非常高！美中不足的是，交通不便，打车困难。
