工作人员操作失误，睡觉时有人直接开门进来，非常不爽，退房时说明，只是敷衍道歉，更不爽，管理人员说要查监控，让我们先回去，等了2个多小时，没有接到任何电话，作为服务行业，极度让人寒心，尽管环境还行，但这种态度，不会再来，第一次碰到这种半夜进门的奇葩事
