服务员的态度很差，素质很低。前天网上订房付完款入住时，服务员竞然说不知道有没房间。真是搞不懂钱都付了还不能入往。只能住温州酒店。现在钱也退不了，酒店一个电话一条信息都没有；人没入往白交408元，订房信息还显示人已入住，房间房号都没有如何入住，不知酒店有何解释？
