我是之前住过5次，但是这一次真的把我气到了，因为看错了时间，本来是今天入住，结果订成了昨晚，跟酒店说过这个情况，但酒店拒不协调，还以过了预定退款时间为由拒绝给我改时间，第一次遇到这么垃圾的酒店，客人未入住也没有打电话核实，现在酒店都是这样抢钱的，以后是不会在这一家订酒店了，小伙伴们长个教训吧。

我再次投诉，我是你们艺龙会员也是十堰希尔顿逸林酒店会员，昨晚订了逸林房间本准备今天晚上去住宿，但下午有事就跟你们网站和逸林前台联系要求取消订单，并且是今天下午联系的，但两边都不管，我掏了470多元的房费就这样打水漂了吗？怪事，这种事你们干的出？？？和抢钱又区别吗？你们现在查查房间是空在，还是又卖一遍钱，如果这件事不给个结果，我会一直投诉下去。！！！！！！！

房间还不错，设施也不错，就是床晚上睡特别热，跟铺了电褥子一样啊！离万达不是很远，自驾过去很方便，但是千万别吃酒店的自助晚餐，太坑爹了，饮料最好的就是可乐，还在一个桶里装的，吃的种类特别少，还贵
