住起来还是蛮舒适的。入住前出了一段小插曲，行李落在出租车上了，第二天要急用就很着急，前台的小姐姐王亚琼很耐心帮我们协调查监控找出租车，给了其他出租车师傅的联系方式帮我找行李，对于一个来出差的外地人来说还是很暖心的。其他就是第二天退房的时候排队等的久了些，不知道该到哪边退房也没有指引或者服务员的指示。总体来说住宿体验还是相对不错的。

很长时间没有去十堰了，带上家人和顺便办点事！58元的早餐加上90多元的晚餐一共花了500多元，大品牌酒店的感觉还是不错的！强烈推荐！春节在香港花了1980元！不过那里的老外不少，哈！
