原先通过携程预定的十堰蓝天假日酒店，携程也发了确认短信，下午到酒店后，前台接待像南极人一样，就一句话，没有房间了。后来通过携程客服预定这家。前台服务接待很热情，是一个嘴巴有颗痣的美女，特别赞一个，让人感觉很舒心的服务和接待登记，房间很不错，设施也很好，位置也不错，停车场很大，进出管理很好，持入住单免费，值得推荐。

整体还是不错的，就是房间稍微有点小，很干净，刚装修过，一切都是新的，这点很舒服，交通很方便，周边有大型超市，但宾馆位置本身不在十堰市中心，要是只是去武当山旅游住在这里还是比较方便的，另外停车是免费的。另外在本次住宿期间发生了一些不愉快，但最终还是解决了，还是希望宾馆继续提高服务质量吧。
