  酒店位置在市中心人民公园旁边非常方便，停车也很方便，停车场很大，办理入住前台告知退房扫码领取免费停车券。酒店服务不错，前台服务很热情客房干净卫生。

  来十堰不知道选择哪里，看到这个酒店就抱着试试的心态预订了。位置很好找。酒店虽然不大很干净，进入大堂很暖和，前台服务很热情，有个高高的女孩子很热情，好像叫魏丹。打电话送火柴很快送过来，酒店服务人员都很不错。以后来还住这里。

  可能是周六的缘故，停车场转了十几分钟都没有停下来，出来又转了一圈，才停下来！跟公园紧挨着，因为疫情的原因，大喇叭不停的提醒戴口罩有点吵😔，酒店旁边有很多餐厅，吃饭非常方便，服务员也很有礼貌，热情！床舒服

  这是我住了这么多酒店感触最好的一次；酒店设施虽算不上一流，但服务绝对可称得上一流了。酒店设施比较新，也很卫生，没什么说的；让我印象最深的是这里的服务，前台美女的服务真没得说，态度非常热情，带路、端茶、问候，让人真正感觉到顾客就是上帝。特别要谢谢前台的服务生，从我办理入住、续住、退房、咨询等，永远都是充满甜蜜的笑容，热情、细仔、主动、积极地做好服务，无论什么事都是耐心耐烦的高效解决；让我彻底忘记了旅途的劳累和游子在外的失落感！

  酒店位置很好，就在城中心，门口就是公园，公园是免费的，里有动物园，带小孩来玩的也很多，吃饭购物都很方便，酒店服务也很细心，在前台办理入住的时候，免费提供了儿童牙刷和小拖鞋，牙刷超级可爱，退房的时候被女儿要求带走，下次来十堰一定会再入住。酒店餐厅也有好多孩子爱吃的菜品，味道很不错，性价比也高。
