极其不好，入住时房间枕套未清洗干净，因为很累了，我们未找服务员更换，退房时竟然说是我们弄脏的，要求我们赔偿30元，这种无赖的服务不能接受，以后绝不会再入住，其他客户如果选择这家酒店请千万注意，从来没有遇到过这种服务
