酒店不错，下次去十堰还会入住这一酒店，在这个价位上算是条件一流的酒店了，酒店服务也很到位，前台和房间打扫的阿姨都很热情。

我们于10月1日晚入住该酒店，本来在十堰是定了2个酒店，看哪个好就入住哪个，先到了东方，虽然不是市中心，但是下了高速也就半个小时吧，就找到了，从外面看，很大气，前台接待很客气，服务很好，房间里面1张1.5米的大床，还有1个1.2米的小床，非常适合三口之家，房价也不贵，在艺龙上预定是139元（不含早），早餐是每人19元，早餐的内容还可以，能吃饱，非常的物有所值！酒店的每个服务员，服务都很好，非常礼貌，作为一个酒店人，都感觉服务很到位，特别感谢前厅经理，好像是姓周吧，非常感谢给我们留房，换调换房间，也很为客人着想，非常感谢，以后朋友或者我们还去，一定入住智博东方酒店！

性价比很高，便宜但酒店环境还不错，就是酒店外街道环境不太好，但很安静，有电脑，可以上网，酒店标间床一个是大些，一个小些，还不错，带小孩去住还不错。但酒店卫生打扫整理不太及时

酒店内部环境很干净，舒适，尤其服务人员态度极好，坐公交去逛街也很方便，下次有机会去十堰还会入住这家酒店的。
