装修时间太长了，房间设施比较陈旧，卫生间和浴室卫生情况对不起五星级酒店的名头，唯一可取之处就只有床了（非常舒适）

酒店环境设施都还挺好的，就是前台的接待员，搞的跟欠他钱一样，板着一张冷冰冰的方块脸，一个大男人，说话声音小的跟蚊子一样，问他问题还求翻翻的不想理，我想说就这服务态度咋当上前台接待员的，大大拉低了五星级酒店的服务质量
