早餐说实话有点简陋，这次住了三天，酒店电梯如果能改成刷房卡的就好了，入住当天的一个前天小姐姐全程板着脸，真心觉得应该加强下前台的培训了，最后一天的小姐姐服务很好，赞一个

这个酒店号称在十堰是星级酒店！是我见过的最差的星级酒店！前台退房时开发票托流水还要问为啥要盖章，一个貌似经理的人以质问的语气严厉对待！前台误操作导致金额出错，两天之内至少打了20多个骚扰电话！本人忙于公事无暇处理，就发各种短信威胁！建议十堰市委市政府彻查这家酒店，是否有黑恶势力！不然在此一方，贻害当地百姓！
