我不知道这个酒店怎么被评为五星的，是暗箱操作？还是行贿。用两个字形容。垃圾。一个五星级酒店电费都舍不得，中央空调只是摆设吗。外面比房间凉快。还不如路边连锁酒店。真心不推荐入住，明天去投诉，十堰不管，我投诉到省里，反正，不能让这样的垃圾酒店在忽悠游客了。
