今年才啟用的五星級酒店，大概是太新了，一進酒店一直到房間，都有一股奇怪的氣味。隆冬12月，大堂可能沒有開空調，感覺很冷，但房間的空調可以很暖。浴室備品居然沒有浴帽，這有點意外，早餐種類不多，但想吃麵包或粥都有，還有現煮的麵，也可以煎荷包蛋，甚至有omelette ，姑且不論口味，至少有這個洋氣的選擇，位置有點偏，但性價比高。

由入住至现在还没有暖气，催了二、三次，个个态度好，就是无实际，原来大别山的别有丰味，不包括这样吧！唯有一个字“等”。

酒店环境设施很好，空调也很棒。就是人员服务意识不是四星五星的标准。有待加强。在广水有这样的酒店也算

这种地方有这样的酒店算是很好了，大堂气派、房间大设施齐全，早餐一般能吃饱，唯一不好的就是床太软、枕头不舒适，整晚睡不好，希望能改善。
