服务不好，通过艺龙订的酒店，到了之后说没有订单，还给我开了别的类型的房间。结果手机显示订单已经生效，然后又重新换房间。这么冷的天，前台大厅不开空调的，电动门也不开，不知道是怎么评的四星酒店。是老酒店，设施设备都很老。住宿感觉不好。吃个饭据说要等N久，因为换厨师，结果饭也没吃成，早餐也很单调。
