这次入住泗阳开元名都大酒店，首先第一印象就是服务热情周到，大堂引导员（具体不知道该怎么称呼她的职务）戴苏红带我们进入房间，介绍了房间的设施，还给我们送来了水果和点心，谢谢。然后房间很干净，也很安静。早餐也丰富。真的很好。

房屋里面烟味较重，电话前台说没有无烟房，可以做无烟处理。。。卫生只能说马马虎虎，花洒的水管上一圈圈黑乎乎黏糊糊的东西。。。枕头就更无语了，应该就是很普通的海绵垫进去的。。。被褥跟三星的差不多。。。洗漱的浴巾之类的都已经破损。。。酒店布局是个回字形，走道较窄且有点压抑。。。房间优点可能就是稍微宽敞点，总之不值这个价格吧，三百以内可以接受

一进门一个叫周薇的小菇凉热情的把我引领到前台，前台美女李晓慧很贴心的服务，本来订的是看不见河的，后来她帮我免费升级到了河景，很人性化的服务。田静小姐的笑容很可爱，声音很温柔。前台接待都是人美服务优秀！！！再次入住开元，这样的服务意识是值得赞扬的！以后都会来！！！
