一次非常好的住宿体验，酒店位于大运河旁边风景如画，大堂干净整洁富丽堂皇。做为一位资深酒店从业者客观的说：酒店的硬件设施完全是五星级的标准，我预定是河景高级大床房，可能因为前台办理入住的时前台小美女没有仔细看一下客人订房信息，等我上楼了发现双床房，致电大台，前台小美女立刻致歉，并且免费帮我升级到22楼的河景套房。早餐品种较少，用餐结束是想要一片柠檬，服务员说今天没进货，在房间致电游泳池，先是前台不知道开放时间，又打电话致8666，告诉我不是一个部门也不知情，
5分钟后有人致电到我房间，说游泳池在换水不能使用，呵呵……在对客服务段，你具然换水～，在酒店大堂没有任何的礼宾服务，只是在退房时才发现有礼宾台，坐在礼宾台里面也不知道干嘛，没有主动问候！
希望酒店的服务跟他的硬件设施一样，也是五星级的标准。 虽然有某些瑕疵，但是值得推荐！！
