房间环境一般，进去毛巾牙具洗手的全部都没有，打电话给我们拿了上来，毛巾很脏上面有好多白色的东西，还有别人的毛发，洗澡热水放了半天放不出来，空调用不了是暖气片不错，第一天入住时候没有给我们押金单子，第二天白天续的钟点房100，这个一晚才116，因为没有押金条所以中午特意去问前台是不是拿身份证就可以退押金前台女孩说是，结果下午走的时候去退房间说要押金条，说了半天态度也不好，非说押金条在我包里，心想要是在我包里我肯定就给你了我拿着干嘛，最后墨迹了很久才给我们退
