酒店服务没的说，房间太小了，酒店说是特价房，找同程的客服，客服说解决不了（退款不行，升级不行），自己找酒店的前台升级的，一次不愉快的入住！br主要是同程的服务不是以客户为中心，再也不会在同程定酒店。比艺龙差了很多！
