餐饮服务态度很好，小孩早餐最好少收一点。住宿服务态度也很好，不过晚上有团队晚会，听说酒店管不了他们，挺吵的，内容不雅，结束后打电话去及时关了音响。

原订的附楼没有网络，改主楼标房，得意外惊喜。原木装修既环保又显温馨，配镀金的锁具、毛巾架，突显金矿特色。边上就是景区入口，甚方便。短驳车自门口送至景点，整个游览结束坐小火车出来，体力消耗有限。

酒店在景区，周边环境不错，但副楼标准房设施差，底楼几间房潮湿有霉味，建议住主楼，经理及员工服务态度不错。早餐质量不太好，没多少东西建议酒店改进。

非常好的所在！内外环境都好，菜价也不高。园子外边就是金矿大门，不需要开车直接走过去就到了，酒店在山腰上，南边开窗远望山峦重叠景致极佳，北面则是一片清翠都不错，建议还是南面的房更好。只是要订豪华房，标准房好象不怎么样
