酒店位置挺好的，就在遂昌政府对面。紧靠东街，离遂昌实验小学，遂昌三中也挺近，方便！凯恩大酒店算是遂昌地标建筑，全县城估计是最高的楼层了。停车费方面如果是自驾来遂昌的话，要停对面停车场有点不方便。酒店房间卫生做的不错，一进房间就感觉比较清爽，窗户对过去是平昌广场。9路最靠里的房间最特别就是卫生间跟别的房间不一样。卫生间有好大的窗户，可以俯瞰遂昌全景。景色很好，所以9楼最里面房间最大特点就是卫生间很大，宽敞，很明亮。非常好。但上厕所或者洗澡需要拉下窗帘。不用的话可以拉开窗帘，会有一种不一样的体验。客房设施都很不错，房间卫生，卫生间都很干净。床也很舒服，在遂昌小县城有这种酒店很满意了。
酒店前台服务也非常好，服务员态度很热情，也很耐心解答。早餐的话面包个人感觉很好吃，粥的话也不错，其他都差不多，还算过得去。不过如果要去吃，建议去早点，毕竟酒店去迟了一般都没有了。其他都不错。值得推荐入住！
