房间设施可以的，有个房间后面全是知了叫声，后来酒店给换了个房间，好多了。现在没啥客人泡温泉了。早餐品种还算多，但口味不是很好。

说实话，这酒店真不怎么样，设施设备至多三星了，但服务可能连农家都不如。5月2号最高温度足有30度，但酒店为节约成本，中央空调誓死不开，还说什么怕晚上凉了客人会太冷，交涉了无数次就不理，艺龙方面也非常尽力沟通处理，直到我电话打到国家旅游局在再层层转到当地旅游质检所，前后折腾了两个多小时，到最后还是没开空调，还只是送风。本来玩了一天累了，到酒店就是为了放松休息一下，但谁知道是这样，窗户一开都是蚊子，窗户一关闷得浑身出汗，住这酒店简直就活受罪。如此这般送风开了一夜，到最后还是室外但的温度降下来了，室内温度才跟着降了下来。这种酒店良心何在!明明房费里包含有空调费用的，但是就不提供，根本不考虑客人实际感受 ，还要歪理一大堆，说什么空调开了，客人晚上会着凉，难道客人都是痴呆，就你酒店最聪明？如同开饭店怕被吃穷，这样的饭店开它干什么？亏不起就别做生意嘛！碰到过无良商家，还从来没碰到过这么无良的商家！！！还是第一次花几百块钱住到这种所谓酒店！
