早餐一般般，不过住宿是真好，星级享受，尤其大厅的客服，服务热情周到，又漂亮，又温柔。特别满意。推荐来青冈的都来住。应该是青冈最好的宾馆了。

服务落后，打扫房间不是每天默认，必须客人叫来才行。第一天牙具什么都没放，告诉前台才有清洁阿姨拿来，还不够，沐浴露只给拿一个，这种差劲的沐浴露怎么够两个人洗澡。厕纸不够也没主动多放一卷。每天两瓶的水也没给放，叫来打扫的时候也没给放，后来要求给几瓶水，就给拿来好几瓶收费的水。。。晚上房间里床上有几十只小飞虫子，问前台要电蚊香，熏半天飞不动了才好了点，才把床上的虫子拍打掉。但第二天依旧。。。
总之还不如外面快捷商务酒店服务水平。可能是刚开业，没什么经验，希望多向其他酒店学习。
