酒店外观看起来可以，但是我深刻理解了什么叫金玉其外败絮其中的古语，1.硬件:我询问前台是否可以送个早餐，前台告诉我他家的餐饮是外包的，如果你定位4星酒店，请注意餐饮质量是重要的标准，因为利润不如客房就外包，这样的操作也太业务了吧; 2.软件及服务:CI时，前台把预授权刷成了消费，浪费我时间，房间的浴袍腰带是断的，胸口有污渍，床单有污渍，卫浴用品只有三管洗发水，至少有个沐浴液吧，麻烦客房补充易耗品时用点心行吗？房间没有拉链锁，有人塞进来小卡片，这样的酒店可以称为4星？？
