酒店环境不错，就是前台服务欠佳，在携程订的房间价格他不承认，非要我加价30还说他们想怎么涨就怎么涨，我说你和携程出现的问题为什么要转嫁到消费者身上，很不爽那个男的前台！还是我们自己联系携程解决了问题！
