这是第二次入住这个酒店，但是这次入住非常不愉快。首先前台一个姓戴的服务员态度很不好，首先她一听是网上订的酒店就不高兴，给我开了一个采光很暗的房间，我看了之后要求更换房间，她不耐烦的说网上订的就是这个样子，要换得加钱；我问她贵姓，为什么态度这样。她直接说你想爪子嘛，随便你！我当场简直无语，服务行业居然有这样的。我也不想多说，结果入住入住一个采光很暗的房间。
其次这个酒店对网上订房间的不太喜欢，服务不好；网上订的退房时间是中午12点，现场订的是下午2点。
可以说本来酒店开房商想利用网站对酒店进行推广，没想到下面的工作人员做的是这样。
最后来客观评价一下酒店，酒店位置在大道上，交通算比较方便；酒店房间布置是一个正方形，四周的是可以采光的，但是里面的采光很差，空气很糟糕；中间做了采光井，可以通过采光井平台从这个方房间走到另一个房间的窗前，存在安全隐患。过道很漆黑。
总之这次入住很不满。

酒店还是可以，房间大，就是空气不咋好，不透风，晚上睡觉比较闷，光线差，应该我这个房型不咋好，这个交通还是比较方便，楼下就是公交站，早餐还将就。
