提前一天2号下午去开票，三个前台，现场没有给开，拍下名头说3号早上退房的时候来拿。一早下来票还是没开。还好早上应该是值夜班的前台，想办法给开出来。建议前台做好培训，答应客人的就应该办好，不要影响客人行程
