新酒店，大体比较干净，开始给我的房间有点脏，门和墙体全是黑斑，门也没办法锁上，要求换房间那个服务员居然跟我说门都是锁不上的，在我强烈要求下试了其他房间发现是可以锁上的才给我换房间。还有就是酒店内部的餐饮服务特别糟糕，晚上六点过订的餐，八点过还没送上来，打电话去问说没做，原因居然是怕吃不完，没做也不告知一声，特别搞笑。总之下次是不会再住这家酒店。除了前台的服务很好其他人真的无服务意识。
